IAAI CERTIFIED FIRE INVESTIGATOR COMMITTEE
Tentative Interim Amendment (TIA)
TIA 2010-02
The current Practices & Procedures Manual in Chapter 6 Mandatory Five Year Recertification Procedures paragraph 10 states:
The fee for recertification is US$95.00 for members, US$200 for non-members.
Propose the following changes:
Remove the following fee structure "The fee for recertification is US$95.00 for members, US$200 for non-members."
Replace with "The fee for recertification is established by the IAAI Board of Directors."
Justification for TIA: The Board of Directors has fiduciary responsibility for the organization. The proposed changes would allow for changes in the certification fee structure without a TIA to change the CFI committee’s procedures manual. The change would enhance the administration of the program.
TIA 2010- 03

Propose the following changes:
Remove the following fee structure:

IAAI Member $150.00
Non-IAAI Member $250.00
IAAI-Recertification Fees (inUS$)

"The fees for the IAAI-CFI ® certification program are established by the Board of Directors."
Justification for TIA:

The change would enhance the administration of the program. The change is necessary to be consistent with the TIA 2010-02.
