Update Profile Information

To ensure we have the most up-to-date information to stay connected with you, please follow these steps to update your profile.

Don't miss out on opportunities to receive IAAI training announcements, news updates, and the Fire & Arson Investigator Magazine.

If you're not receiving our emails, we recommend using a personal email address—work email systems often have firewalls that may block our messages.

Also, check your communication settings in your profile to make sure the “opt out of emails” option is turned off (should appear gray).

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click on the red box labeled "Go to my full profile" located in the upper right corner.
3. Select the "My Info" tab.
4. Click the pencil in "my personal information" to update phone, email, address, and company.
5. Select "Communication Preferences" to ensure your "opt out of emails" button is turned off (should appear gray).
