This IAAI course of instruction will be held at the United States Department of Justice’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives’ National Center for Explosives Training & Research located on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. Redstone Arsenal is a United States Government Installation. Since the training will be held at a U.S. Government Installation, the course is only offered to U.S. student attendees at this time. Due to existing security procedures, foreign, non-U.S. student attendees may not register for this course of instruction.
For the past 35-years the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) have partnered to deliver this unique training program. The program provides skill development for both criminal law enforcement and the insurance industry.
This week-long program embraces the best of adult-based, interactive learning. Students from around the world leave with new tools and skills that they can immediately apply to their work environment. A key highlight of the program is a practical exercise that takes small groups of students inside a real investigation to drive through the skill development from hands-on subject matter experts. The ATF-IAAI Complex Fire Investigation Strategies for Insurance Claims Professionals course is held on the campus of the ATF National Center for Explosives Training and Research (NCETR), in Huntsville Alabama.
