Enhanced Service Chapter

IAAI offers an Enhanced Service Chapter Program that provides administrative assistance to chapters opting into the Program. The benefits of being an Enhanced Service Chapter include:
  • IAAI headquarters handles dues billing and invoicing to members of that Enhanced Service Chapter
  • Enhanced Service Chapter members can pay their dues through IAAI's online payment portal
  • Enhanced Service Chapter members can join or renew both the chapter and International
  • membership with one application form
  • Members of the Enhanced Service Chapter can register online for chapter training through IAAI's system
  • The Enhanced Service Chapter can use CFITrainer.Net's online system for chapter training testing
Additional Details
Members of Enhanced Service Chapters can join the Chapter and International with one application form. One form, customized for the participating chapter, is used to renew Chapter dues (one time when the program is implemented by the Chapter), and to join both the Chapter and the International. Chapter and International dues paid at the same time with one check. Because some agencies allow employees to belong to only one association, this program provides a way to receive the benefits of membership in the chapter and the International while conforming with agency policy.

Renewal dues payments are simple and efficient. Dues can be paid with a credit card. The International pays the fee for use of credit cards.

All future invoicing to Enhanced Service Chapter members for renewal dues is done by the International. The Chapter saves time and money by not having to print and mail renewal notices to members.

Enhanced Service Chapters receive quarterly payments from the International with an accounting of those members who renewed during the quarter. This simplifies the work of the Chapter treasurer and provides for Chapter cash flow throughout the year.

The International membership card lists the Chapters that the member belongs to (starting 2005). This saves the Chapter further time and money by not having to issue membership cards to members.
