In 2018, the IAAI Board of Directors established policy defining an eight (8) week period for voting in all coming years' General Elections, ending at noon on the day of the AGM. As a result of the expanded voting window, it became apparent that we needed to establish a formal cutoff date to receive Constitution & By-Laws proposals in order to provide the Constitution & By-Law Committee sufficient time to review, formalize and publish all submitted proposals. The Board of Directors has established a November 1 deadline each year for the submission of all Constitution & By-Laws proposals.
